Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and verified.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Typical delivery estimates:
- Domestic Orders: 3–10 business days
- International Orders: 7–21 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.
Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, IronPaw is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Other circumstances beyond our control

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the package.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at marketeight01@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage so we can investigate and assist with a resolution.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.
Customs processing times may affect delivery schedules and are outside of our control.
