At IronPaw, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Clearance, sale, or final-sale items (if applicable).
- Gift cards (if applicable).
- Personalized or custom-made products (if applicable).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
